Just back from garlic-buying/beer swilling trip to the interior, with a bonus side trip into a remote abandoned copper mineshaft of loose overhead green rocks, bats and spiders/bugs. Was a good day.

Got to finish the rattlesnake hat band taxidermy for the ranchero rodeo/horse race tequilathon Saturday.

Making a call for meetup tonight: McMinnemens Imbrie Hall on Cornelious Pass road. (leave H26 and head south on Cornelious pass road for less than 1/4 mile, Imbrie Hall is on the right immediatly after the turning to Fred Meyer...close to the Hillsboro Stadium).

I'll be there about 6:00pm but I suspect others will be there before that.

Short notice, and not really a meet up, but if you are bored tonight, I have a buddy (a currently motorcycless motorcyclist) kicking off a new brewery he's starting up (Royale Brewing) and is having a beer release at the Freemont Ridge (53rd and Freemont, in NE PDX) tonight starting at 5. He'll have three new beers ready. I'll be riding over there around 5 to try it out.
