NFC was relatively week as a whole and the NFC west was overrated when 2 rookie QBs in that division were able to take their team to the playoffs. When RG3 was hurt Morris and Cousins were able to pick up the slack to keep them in an extremely tight conference.

It's hard to claim the NFC west was overrated when 2 of their teams made it to the round of 8 and one went to the Super Bowl. :deal

It's hard to make a case that there was a dominant team in the NFL the last few years. Certainly not like the glory days of the Steelers, Cowboys and 49'ers.

And dammit I'm glad we have some kind of parity. I really think most teams have the ability to beat any team on any given Sunday.

It does screw up my pool when they do though. :lol3

As a Steelers fan, i'll say they will be lucky to go 8-8 next year, with or without Wallace.
Mendenhall is gone. Good Riddance. Defense is getting old.

I think Robert Griffin's best games are behind him, sad to say.

I Like Russell Wilson, but I think he will struggle next year. Same goes with Andrew Luck, now that Bruce Arians is gone.

Cam Newton will never pull his head out of his ass long enough to be a top QB.

Tebow needs to move to FB,TE, or the CFL. He will never get another shot at QB in the NFL.

RG3, Wilson, Luck... rookies typically have a tough second year once teams get a whole year of tape to watch and figure out their habits.

Cam Newton needs a better surrounding cast, but some of the problems are definitely his.

I agree on Tebow... he's probably done. But I haven't watched NFL Network since before the Super Bowl: what are the Jets going to do with him?

RG3 will not duplicate Shannahan and the Redskins management used him up. After total knee reconstruction his running ability will be diminished and it will take him a year to adjust.

Jets are $23 million over the cap.
Cowboys are $21 million over the cap.
Saint are $20 million over the cap.

Tough sledding for these three teams unless some deals get renegotiated.

Kansas City has about $13 million to spend, so Reid has some money to play with. Even a first-round quarterback in the draft won't hurt too bad.

The Broncos have $14 million to spend. Spent wisely, they should go back to the playoffs.

    Seattle is under the cap.
New England is under the cap.

The Colts have $44 million to spend!!!

The Bengals have $54 million to spend... they need to go on a shopping spree.

    He'll have a tough 2013.

Maybe he'll be forced to be a pocket passer first. I think he has good instincts, and he could learn to drop back, go through his read progression, and take off running only as a last resort.

I do think the Redskins will have to rely much less on the read option. Which means a revamped scheme.

I don't think so.....RGIII will come out just as AP did. Take it slow the first few weeks and then rocket. These doctors today fix the kids up better than they were before the injury. The Redskins have some talent to go with him.

RG3 is a good Christian boy from Baylor. He would never do anything illegal, the Devine spirit will heal him.:evil

Adrian Peterson is a freak. I think he has already had two reconstructions. I know for sure one in colledge. RG3 we will have to see. After watching the playoff game against the Seahawks I don't kmow how he was cleared to play let alone letting your franchise player risk a serious injury which is how it played out.

    GB released Charles Woodson today.

Stereotypical salary cap casualty. Great player, he'll be missed around here.

Good luck to him wherever he goes.

I know GB probably released him to free up $10 million in cap room, but they were already under the cap, IIRC. That'd be a tough decision for a GM or coach. The guy is a Pro Bowl player.

If he wants to, he'll land somewhere and he'll make a positive impact.
