91 events starting at 1030 in the morning and going through until 1035 at night!!

What a day? Between races it was a race itself to find shade until the sun went down then it was perfect.

The americana event was a blinder with our own Troy Herfoss taking it to the Americans Halbert and Wiles, talk about handlebar banging stuff.

The Troy Bayliss classic lived up to the hype, but Troy rode away with it after Halbert fell, which was a real shame as it was friggin awesome up till then. Ride of the race has to go to Luke Richards, one of the wildcards, diced with Henry Wiles for most of the race and came home 5th, bloody awesome effort.

Gotta say the atmosphere was unbelievable when you walked into the pits, some real royalty of Australian bike racing in there, all keen for a chat and most had big shitty grins on their faces each time you saw them!

Tayla Jones and Jess Shepherd put on an awesome display with Meghan Rutledge keeping them both honest in the Womens events. The girls where putting down lap times that would have had them among the top 6 men!! Fast fast ladies!!

Bit of a shitter trying to get out of the place though, its something that needs to be addressed, and if somebody can tell me why the medical vehicles(two of them) left the track and had to be brought back on when somebody went down, i would love to hear the explanation for that?

When Masa hit the ground after he crossed the line in the Superpole shootout, he was completely motionless with no one tending to him for at least 90 seconds!! I have never seen such a fucking shit setup in 38 years of attending/officialing race meets! Why a medical vehicle was not in the in-feild beggars belief!!

Otherwise, friggin awesome day and the catering was top shelf and not a ripoff, the Taree/Old bar dudes did a fantastic job, hats off to them!
