Hi - I am planning an adventure day ride that starts and ends at the Deseret Peak Center, which is along the south side of the Miller Motorsports track. Ideally, this ride will be do-able for heavy enduros with no luggage and low-to-medium skill level. And if you have other suggestions instead of the route I am showing, I am Thanks!
