Not to split HAIRS/ or HARES with you, but perhaps the sub group could be more accurately called:
    "S Schweinefleisch Nose":clap

    Or...

    "SPorky Pigs"??? :rofl

Yeah, that is a bummer, and will take some getting used to.

    Cruise is nice though.

Maybe, but if they do not protrude past the same place the current side panels are it won't be an issue.

It's not 60 pounds...the BMW material show shows 238kg dry which is 524 lbs vs. Camhead at 496 I think, so 28 lbs more.

But I hear ya...I don't like the idea of adding any weight! I was hoping that the integrated gearbox weight savings might offset the radiators, but I guess not. That porky muffler added it all back!

I've never been a fan ot the GSA, too heavy and I do not need the extra gas. However, I do like the look of this one better. Still, I will be going with the basic GS next year.

I was hoping for 140bhp. GS's have never been pretty, but the new bike makes the 2012 look like a supermodel. I like the Brembo monobloc's, and wish my Multi had those. I'm sure it's going to be a great bike to ride, but I was hoping for something that would make me want to trade my Multi, and this doesn't.

Click the link in Gerg's post
You can compare the GSA to the GS.
Click compare models then click on the left tab at the bottom, "Bike configurator".

It looks like the GSA is not changed too much.
Air/oil cooled for GSA, Air /liquid cooled for GS.

Same single plate dry clutch for GSA, Wet clutch for GS, which looks like it's located in the front of the engine.
Those are the two that stood out the most to me.
