76 Yamaha 80... um, no. Good way to start though, street legal, easy to pick up.
78 KZ400 (x2). No. Kept me out of trouble when the testosterone was uncontrollable. Basic transportation. Yuck.
82 GPZ550 YES! Only bike I've ever had that matched my capabilities & limitations. The most fun ever. Scary wallowing on high speed sweepers, but fun everywhere, including 3 day camping/touring. Ground down the sides of a couple sets of boots on this bike.
86 Concours... Maybe. My particular bike had a problem with the air box seal, sucked a ton of silt on one off-road excursion, was a lemon for the rest of it's 70,000 miles with me. Great commuter, great on the open road, just not as much excitement... well, except on those power slide / front end lift / stop sign turns, well, also those 100mph freeway exit ramps going to work every morning.... OK, Yes!
TW200 (2x) Yes. Great for newbies, and friends./family who wanna try riding.
Lifan 200 (2x) Nope. Way cheap, let anyone ride them and not worry about damage. Toss them after a couple years.
2007 KLX250s Nope. Currently turning into a 351, and farkling, but will probably just move on to another model next.

yes i would definately buy my bike again. 2007 Weestrom. I'm very pleased after 50,000 miles. all i have done is replace tires, oil, chain, etc. maint items. next bike will be another wee or Super Tenere, but for now my little vstrom will do just fine.
