That was all in Oregon? I've never been there, but the "rainforest" looked a little too coniferous to me :lol3 Where are the dunes and desert riding scenes shot?

The dunes look like Florence area and the desert is Steens area and Alvord flats. The rain forest looks like Tillamook forest in the wet season. Snow may be out of Bend somewhere.
Someone in here may know the exact locations.

No, not quite. Urban riding was Portland but unless Icon is lying for some unexplained reason, here are the locations listed on the intro frame for each of the "sections":

Rain Forest: Pantalian Mountains, Costa Rica
    Desert: Alta Barbina, Brazil
    Snow: Palatripos, Argentina

Maybe they took a little creative liberty, or maybe Icon really does have special agents disposing of nuclear waste from a crashed satellite. :lol3

I googled all those places, and I admit my google-fu is weak, but I couldn't find any info about them.

Good to see the nuclear waste got properly disposed off, at least!

Snow scenes were in the Cascades outside of Bend, OR. I also saw Steens Mtns. and Alvord Desert. The coast sure looked like the Oregon coast and the "jungle" looked like the Oregon/Washington coast range.

OK, I know that everyone thinks of stuntas as mere hooligans, but I definitely have skill envy.

The guys in that video have moved on from the parking lot/highway version of stunting. And most certainly upped their game a bit.

Forgive me but while I admit there are skills involved it's still showing off. I'm far more impressed by these guys. 140MPH and no front brake. Doesn't seem to bother them much.

Well, yes, of course, any form of racing is a much more practical application of skills.

I used to roadrace, and my cronies and I always used to go the Barbara Fritchie Classic & the Delaware Mile every year for our dirty roundy-round fix. IMHO, dirt track is one of the most underrated motorsports in the US.

I'm more impressed by the extreme enduro riders.

Quite often there's no front brake there either :evil
