We are now stocking EarthX batteries.

We will be testing these out this season in my bikes after seeing them in person and liking the idea of a "BMS" integrated into the battery.

As soon as the snow is gone we'll start our long term test.

Larger CCA options, and more true ratings.

    2 Yr warranty.

Do you have any more information on the BMS? Searched EarthX and nothing found.

Specifically does it have low and high voltage cutoffs?

I checked these out at the motorcycle show in Chicago a few months ago. Quite a product! Had I not picked up a new battery a few days prior, I would have bought one to try out. I couldn't believe how light weight it was!

The owners of the company seem like stand up people too!

From what they have told me is YES. Won't over charge and will shut off if voltage level gets too low.

Can use any standard type charger that does not have a desulification mode and shuts off once it notices battery is topped off. Most chargers 5yrs old and newer do this, but check with your charger manufacturer.

The BMS is a patent pending item of the battery so that's why not much detail has been posted.

I have tried several different LiPo's and the Earth X is the best one yet. I am running the 18 cell in my Adventure and it works great. Spins up the motor noticeably quicker than my old lead acid and better than other LiPo's I have used. Cold weather performance is good too. I recommend without hesitation to fellow LC8 riders. Seems to be a great product, which is probably why it caught CJ's eye.

Thanks Mikael, Can't wait to see your completed bike. :D

I'll check on overseas shipment restrictions and get back with info asap.

We are not able to ship Lithium batteries overseas at this time. (Hazardous Product listing, can not be flown)
