Did my first hare scramble this weekend. Did an endo right onto the top of my head...Got right up and kept riding...Happy it didnt turn out any worse, just means I gotta get faster (and not use my front brake as much :evil)

It's nice during those endo moments when there aren't any hard jagged objects to land on. Nice footage. If you're gonna crash you may as well get some video of it.

Probably irrelevant - but its looks like you were doing great - really hard to see why you crashed. (I've never done any dirt riding) Great that you're okay !

Jeez, the audio is as horrifying as the video!
Grass + front brake + corner = dismount (from my experience)
Good for you for not sticking an arm out and breaking your collarbone!

Well thanks, but I was actually one of, if not, the slowest person in my group. As is evident by there being no one around me :rofl

You know what they say when you stop falling you stop learning. I apparently have done a lot of learning. Glad to hear you finished!:clap

At first it didn't occur to me that the camera had detached from your helmet. "Oh my god this guy's head is rolling all over the place! He was decapitated!"

Your camera was dangling I assume? For a minute I thought you just kept rolling down the hill. I was very confused.

Yea, the camera broke off the moment i hit the ground. Luckily I had a lanyard set up between the camera and helmet so that it wouldnt get lost due to something like this. Don't want to lose $300+ :D

I hear yeah. My friend had 2 GoPros on when he jumped his bike into the ocean. He now has zero GoPros. Sad days indeed.
