North Berwick to Fryburg Dual Sport Ride "2012"

Well its time to start thinking about the first ride of the year.
Start at Noble High School in N Berwick and ride to Fryburg Maine in some great trails and dirt roads!
Like last year, lunch will be served at my home in West Newfield, come one come all.

Maybe this year the water will be alot lower, there will be a couple of route changes but they will be minor.

Big bike friendly, and no mud or deep water - just like last year?

Couple from last year...

I hope this ride falls on the 12th or 13th May. I'll be returning from a Blue Ridge Parkway trip on the previous weekend. I'll keep an eye on this thread. It's a great route. Always a fun group.

I just remembered that I have a prior commitment on the 5th, so my vote is for the 12th. I can't wait!

I've realized that I can't do either weekend. Bugger!

Poor me...a motorcycle vacation on the BRP and then vintage motorcycle racing at Loudon. I guess I can miss one dual sport ride in Maine. It's a great ride, tho.

PSA announcement....when TeamAte says it's o/k to leave hard bags on the bike you might think twice. Unless they're thin. Or bouyant. Or filled with counter balance and 5 hour energy drinks for the scree slopes.

Lunch at the homestead alone is worth the price of admission
