Rescheduled Hill End trip 16th/17th Feb - Page 7

I went Sunday to the Turon crossing on the bridle track and had a cuppa there and watched some gold panners for twenty minutes before turning arround, you blokes had not come through yet,about 150m before the rock there was 2 little suzuki 4wds reversing on the tar section I met them on a blind corner fuck,

A great ride report and a great weekend! PV & I enjoyed riding with you guys, we all made it through the Turon Gates Rocky Mountains in one piece, surprisingly even me!

And for most of us we'll forever share a life changing moment... Balancing of a guitar on the forehead!

After doing abit of googleing on the root hog fire trail where we watch those bike pass that river crossing. It seem doable, but tricky apprently due to large ruts up they hill.
So it might not be a bad idea for future trips.

Are you planning the next trip Scotty? Hill End are having that open day on the 21st of April. Ang and I have already booked accommodation for the Friday and Saturday night.
