We have a couple of "spy" shots of the pre-testing of the Triumph 800's fitted with all the Baja added products, the Rally-Raid Products parts, such as Rear Fuel Tank, Billet Rear Brake & Folding Shifter and other parts are performing well.
Hopefully we can get some juicy close-ups when ICON have finished with them

What is the dry weight?

What is the wet weight (no need to fill the back tank for this measure)?
Actually how many gallons go on the back tank? And why do you need it?

To tell you the truth I have no idea What the weight is.
My main concern was to take an awesome bike and make it as bulletproof as possible
With the Safari front tank and the Rally Raid Rear tank we can all approximately 10 US gallons of gas This will come in handy in the long stretches in Baja, Canada and through the Alaskan wilderness.

I get 200 miles with the 5 gallon tank on my Tiger. If I take it easy, 250 miles... Taking it easy and an extra gallon strapped I get to 300 miles.

With 10 gallons that would be 400-500 miles!

Can't wait to see video of these bikes in action!

I doubt there will be any taking it easy with these bikes I guess the range will be 350 miles or so under spirited riding

That's why I requested the DRY weight. It's absolute.
I've seen/held the Safari tank (importer is 5 miles from me.) Nice but pricey! Imagine a "light-weight" dirt bike with the 800cc mill....

It's gonna take more than a gas tank to make it "light weight". However I also feel that the path is the lose a few pounds here and a few pounds there. I'd like to drop 50 ideally. I'm too busy to figure it out myself and had big hopes for the thread that discussed this.

From the first day that I road the TIGER until last Monday I have shaved off 45 LBS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I shaved 23lbs since I bought mine in 2011, but it was all beer gut weight. Is your 45lb figure all bike weight or is some of it personal, like mine?

Can you specify the stock and replacement part weights? 45 pounds is pretty serious, looks like you still have all or most of the stuff still on the bike.

Also waiting for your opinion on suspension upgrades. I think you did full replacement on one and another with carts and springs?

I'm down 10-15lbs on mine. Makes a difference already. Looking forward to more weight reduction for this summer's riding season.

Any issues resting the bike on the skid plate like that (given there is no frame there to attach the plate to) ? I have heard/read that this is a no-no
