I'm amazed by the lack of critters. I see more moose in Maine! I'm holed up in Antigonish, NS waiting for a heavy storm to pass so I can do the final 500 miles home.

I've seen one splat, two porcupines, a squirrel, a rabbit (which decided to inspect my spokes at 65mph) and two bear, one with three cubs in tow.

I was stampeded by something with hooves 30 miles west of Churchill Falls. I woke from a sound sleep with the ground shaking and the sound of a startled critter, caribou or moose, putting it in gear and roosting out. There were no tracks the next morning. Odd.

Quite a bit of snow left, I see.

I've got family that live between Bourg d'Oisans and Les Deux Alpes...

No awesome backwoods trail shots as of yet, but here's my beloved 2013 Tiger at Beverly Shores, IN. Just east of Indiana Dunes National lakeshore. Had a really beautiful 130 mile ride out there and back from Chicago last week. Sometime this summer I'll be hitting some dirt for sure.

I bought my '12 XC less than a month ago with 412 miles on it, and now it has about 1500 miles :evil. This bike is so much fun to ride. I decided to venture off on some dirt back roads this weekend and found this neat, rugged building to snap a photo with.

CRAP you just re-ignited my track day lust to full on heroin levels. Hello.. Tony's...

Seriously that must have been fun on the stock tires on the Tiger. I was quite surprised how well the bike can corner with them before I swapped them for more aggressive knobby TKC's.

Visited my folks out in East Texas. This is where I grew up.
Got my first bike around 12 yrs old. Managed to destroy
one dirt bike and one enduro. Moved away to college and
didn't get another bike until this year (almost 20yrs later).

For the life of me I don't know why i waited so long...

Trails, cleared pipeline, and dirt roads galore...

Great pictures and beautiful bike, but really your beer choice is more KLR than Tiger. I would suggest Pilsner Urquel and Tecate as suitable replacements. The pilsner is brewed in Pilzen, Czech and is the original Pilsner.

Trouble with Pilsner Urquel is that it's now owned by SAB Miller http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pilsner_Urquell and isn't what it should be. I did a brewery tour there a few years ago and couldn't smell any brewing going on.
I'd recommend the proper Budweiser Budvar http://www.budweiserbudvar.co.uk/ which is still state owned and original. I could smell brewing at their brewery.:freaky
