Well it has to happen.... 28k miles and the bike fell over. I was in full gear except for my riding boots - i was wearing sandals.....I know i was in shorts and sandals . Had to go grab a quick lunch for me and wife so i put my jacket ,riding pants, gloves and helmet ... So i did a rookie mistake !. Slow "U" turn to Park the Bike in a spot facing out and the bike tipped over ever so slowly .It snapped a peg and brused my ego infront of a mexican joint. I was remembering my wife complicated open burritto order doing this.... This is exactly the same way i dropped the bike 8 yrs on a moutain road [skyline drive in va] making a U turn with my last bike. Bah .... .well she is not a virgin anymore.
Man that sucks!! I done that many times lol. I done it like three times in the first month of riding. On my 3rd month now :)
There will be more.. i started at 14 on the street ...had a quiet a few calls. the worst was going down on my jeans and seeing the cops stood the bike road it home and parked it. later taking my jeans noticed the pain and about 6 inch by 2 inch of my calf skin burned and stuck to the jeans......arrrrr.... the worst thing was i was snoozing a week later and my nephew[at that time a toddler] thought there was a bug on uncle leg and grabbed and ripped the scab off.....that hurt even more....
