CO. The you got to be shitting me look. Of course 300 yds farther it ended. U-turn If I would have walked a little farther I would have seen the end- kodak moment. jeep trail turned single track.
Nice one, you must have been there around the same time we rode Imogene Pass... Here is mine... A view from the other side, many of us took the inside line! And finally here is some real single track on the same trip but different location in Colorado (you can barely see my friend at the turn)
Sandtown in Michigan's UP. 36 mile loop of.... We made it 300 yards before.... Brand New bike, single digits in hours
By the looks of that tree on the RS there must have been something on the trail that forced you (and many other riders) into that RS tree. Look at where you want to go, not what's in the way in the trail ahead of you
Just about every other tree lining the trails in Michigan have the bark knocked off. Many of the turns are very tight and the ground sandy so to ride well you have to go pretty quick for how tight it is (even more so on the quad tracks). This makes it easy to not look far enough ahead or get over your head really fast. Very fun though
Buena Vista Colorado during the 2010 West Fest. Timber edge single track if my memory serves me correctly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
