    hello al my name is steve a live in Roumania
    I make my self my paniers in the garage 1 set full aluminiu and now i try 1 set whit the bottom by fibreglass.I put some picture.

    Did you consider welding or bonding your aluminum seal edge to the box & lid instead of riviting ?

    The aluminum trim that was used to hold the weatherseal around the opening is currently rivited in place .... since it is clear you can weld aluminum why not weld this trim on ? or use some kind of industrial adhesive ?
