The wife won't like that :huh

Best you keep the job for now I guess :rofl

I'm gonna email Vittorria as I think I want to swap the shorter Warrior for the longer version to get that little extra lower back protection.

The Net7 is a beautiful jacket and looks like it will flow a ton of air; I will find out tomorrow. Incredibly, it makes me look even more handsome than the Ergo though that is only my opinion so far :evil

I have an idea about how to get the NL5 to attach to the Ergo (and other zipped jackets) and I'll share that with you by PM and you can let me know what you think.

    Thanks for your continued support,

    Morris

i have a couple of observations.

one is that the marathon jacket is very nice indeed. the one thing i would change is the lack of reflective material up high on the back of the jacket. the is some down low but the top case on my bike and many other's will block it's use. i may look for something to iron on.

the second thing is the lack of the gradus wp pants for men in the usa. revzilla has what they call the women's version, but that actually has a picture of the man's pants. i would order the gradus over the superstorm because the gradus has a removable thermal lining and the superstorm does not. i do not want to poach on the ride home. i can ride to work at 52 degrees F and ride home at 75 degrees F+ also in the summer my ride takes me through a 30 degree temperature spread in 15 miles of the 40 mile ride home.

would i really pay 30 euros for shipping for the gradus from spidi in italy? yikes! also what if the size is wrong? at least at revzilla there is an affordable solution for exchange.

so, fix the jacket and send us the gradus. easy.

    thanks.

that would be for a gradus as well?

That's a good suggestion, but your case should already have reflective parts. Reflective zones on Marathon are studied to result effective in any condition; if you want to improve its high visibility performance, I recommend the following H1 Life Vest which includes Warrior Back protector Level 1

The Revzilla picture is wrong, it actually represents the man version. About Superstorm, be aware the liner is very light, you can use pants even on summer rainy days.

    Matteo,

Interested in getting the ergo 365 pro suit in the ice color. Do you know if Spidi is planning to make these in a size S? I think the jacket in size M will be okay, but the pants in size M may be a bit too large. My height is 167 cm and waist is 76 cm and weight is 56.7 kg.

    Hi Brynner.
Even M size will be big for you, both jacket and pants.
The solution I see is you ask for a special size suit; Spidi can do special size upon request, both for jacket and/or trousers. You can ask detailed information at Spidi on fit items department: onfitprogram@spidi.com

They will come back to you with quotation and timing.

    Hello Matteo,

Could you compare for me three jacket:

    Netforce, Venture and T-Globe.

I'm looking for a universal textile jacket both to the city/urban and touring ride. Or maybe you can suggest another/better jacket?

The second question, Hurricane pants have air vent or not? I cannot found that information.

    Hi Kefirek.
First of all, T-Globe is out of production so it's over.
If your target is a multi-season jacket to be used both for commuting and touring, Netforce and Venture are 2 good options.
They're both available even in black/black color, ideal for city commuting.

You can find info about them at this discussion link:

    http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?p=18455993&highlight=netforce#post18455993

Basically, they are same jacket but Netforce feature high resistance Dinatech Schoeller® mesh which has extremely high abrasion performance with a optimal level of ventilation.

As alternative, Venture feature 6 dynamic air intakes which work very well.
Both jackets features Spidi famous 3-layers step-in-clothing construction as you can see here

    Hi again Kefirek.

Hurricane pants feature removable waterproof-breathable H2Out membrane; you can remove it in warmer days and stay comfortable wearing outer shell, including protectors on knee and hip. These pants don't feature air intakes.

If you like a more vented pant, please check NL5

NL5 vented trousers feature huge mesh panels and can be equipped with Rain Legs H2Out waterproof breathable membrane for pants (optional).

I was looking at the Vanson Vent Nax 4 because of it's 1000 denier cordura nylon mesh. I am wondering how the Polyamide mesh used in the Multitech compares to the 1000 denier cordura.

How is the abrasion resistance during a slide on asphalt and it is more or less prone to melting?

    Hi Afry.
I can't compare Multitech Armour mesh to the one you mentioned, I don't know their test values or any certification they have.
Anyway, Multitech Armour mesh is quite light; the protection of the Armour is given by 6 CE Certified protectors, all created by Spidi Safety Lab; here's test report of each protector:

Spidi Warrior chest protector - CE prEN 1621-3 test report results: 16,6 kN
Spidi Warrior 510 back protector - CE EN 1621-2 test results: 16,6 kN
Spidi Multitech shoulder protectors - CE EN 1621-1 test result: 13,6 kN
Spidi Multitech elbow protectors - CE EN 1621-1 test result: 12,7 kN

    HI Matteo,

    this is Emanuele.
Could you please suggest a jacket similar to the BMW Airflow (need to have lots of ventilation, as I sweat a LOT), and good protection?
I am looking for something to use during very hot days, while traveling.

    Thank you,
    Emanuele

    Hi Matteo,

I was wondering if you could help me out here. Since the little card came with the jacket to get a name tag, I went to the website and filled it out. A month later, I get this:

which is useless to me, although nice.

Thinking maybe I ordered the wrong thing, I checked my e-mail

It clearly says that I put in the pincode for the Ergo 365 pro....

and then immediately after tells me I am going to get a tag for the Ergo 05. :patch

Can I get a tag that works?
