Allow me to introduce the Tank Vest, a modular pouch attachment system for your on and off road needs. The Tank Vest is rugged, waterproof, chemical resistant, UV resistant, and built to meet or exceed all US military standards and requirements for materials and construction.

Right now, the Tank Vest is available only for the KLR 650 series motorcycles with the OEM tank or the IMS extended range tanks with the vents as shown in the picture above. We are in the process of expanding our availability to other motorcycles as demand dictates.

The Tank Vest is available in black, OD green, and coyote brown as our basic colors. Custom colors and camo patterns are available upon request.

The Tank Vest uses any MOLLE or PALS system attachments. This allows you as the rider to customize the pouch placement and type to your needs. We designed the Tank Vest specifically to help the rider shift load out forward between the wheels instead of over or behind the center point of the rear wheel for better control over the motorcycle. The Tank Vest also allows the rider to place items low on the side of the tank to improve the center of gravity for a safer riding experience.

We offer the Tank Vest at our website... www.TankVest.com for $149.99 plus USPS standard shipping to the US. Overseas shipping rates may differ.

If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me or ask on this thread. You may also call us at 304-433-7702 9am to 7pm EST.

    Thanks!

I was making one from a tank cover I bought on here from another inmate but this looks so much better than what I've come up.

    Way to go :clap

Thanks guys, if you have a particular bike model you'd like us to make a vest for, let us know. We have to have a sample of the bike to pattern the design on so it may take us a couple of weeks to locate the particular model to do, but we're happy to do it.

Send requests to sales at tankvest.com (I hate spammers).

KTM's are on our list. I've had more than ample requests for a vest for them. I just need to find a sample bike or three to pattern the vests on.

We've gotten more than a few requests for the BMW bikes. I'm not sure when we'll have that line available but I'm looking for some examples of those bikes locally to pattern for the vests. We're currently patterning a DR650 now.

thats so cool. Now I can place my barretta holster on the tank and look badass. lol.

I could see this being very useful for fish and game wardens out on their bikes. for their radio's, binoculars, weapons, etc. Keeping things handy.

Please be sure to post here when you have the DR650 vest available. And some pictures of it mounted would be great.

    Thanks!
