Hey neighbor, you are welcome to check it out anytime. We should hook up and do a ride some time.

Due to last weeks big storm Cave Creek and Bloody Basin Roads north of Phoenix were heavily damaged. This made for a fun ride today with all of the water crossings.

When my riding partner injured his leg I got to try out his GS800.

We don't usually get an opportunity for this many water crossings here in the desert.

There was a little snow left over from the massive winter storm, which brought us soo much wet stuff. It was about 60 degrees today though.:evil

We had to turn around here due to the 4 foot high vertical bank on the other side of the stream here.

I guess we should have paid more attention to this sign 35 miles back.:lol2

Stop in at the CC hideaway and have a burger for me would ya? I miss winter rides up to Cave Creek for coffee or Tortilla Flat for Breakfast.

I was able to get home for two weeks on leave from Afghanistan and being fortunate enough to arrive during a week long lull in winter storms I got to ride my new 990! I will have many more pictures of a countless rides when I get home for more than two weeks. See you all on the trail this spring!:clap

The rear bag/box is a Storm case, something like the Pelican case. The front screen I think is called a Bailey's screen. It was given to me have I broke the oem one. Had to do some mods to get it to fit right but it works really well.
