KK#28, I recognize that Harley in your shoe picture from the Heart of America Motorcycle Enthusiast summer bike show the year before last. Are you bringing it in this year?
Snap taken in @ an Antique Bike display in Sydney Australia. I have photo of my Great Grand Dad on a 1917 Belt drive Precision Kinda like these great old bikes
More old Bikes, a Jap this time. They were used here in <st1:country-region><st1lace>Australia</st1lace></st1:country-region> as a great <st1:City><st1lace>Speedway</st1lace></st1:City> motor on Methanol and Castor Oil MMMMMM Great Smell
I don't consider this an antique, but it is 35 years now. I commuted daily on it for about 15K. It was made into a chopper when I got it. The original pipes were tossed aside For the cb350f gurus you'll notice it still has a harley rear wheel laced on and I slightly modified the paint job, but I also have a tank and side covers that are original. of course that's hard to see behind my three rugrats
. the anderson boys of anderson engineering ..and the 38 H-D ULH i enjoyed the kansas city show. we had run lakeside speedway the night .before.. got a busy schuelde this summer and no room for shows.. .just racing and riding on tap for this guy.. butt. .thanks for asking.. and it's kk number thirtyeight
My brother and I rode our bikes from Brooklyn, New York to the AMCA meet in Oley, Pennsylvania. 1946 Harley '45', and my 1946 Indian Chief: We saw lots of beautiful bikes:
We saw even more beautiful bikes: The Amazing Indian Streamliner :eek1 : We won the longest distance ridden to the meet award!!
Only one problem............. Damn brother on stink'n Harley, beat me by 3 miles for the top prize! :dog
Girard: It's not a competition, it's a journey. Wish I coulda gone with ya'll. I'll have to get something old to ride with you though.
Hey Nicky! When it comes to my brother......,it's absolutely a competition Seems to add general amusement to the journey? Anyway, you've got an ancient bike already, so just come along next time! oser oser
