    Actually this was more a preservation than restoration. tank and side cover Paint, all chrome, exhaust, seat and tranny are original. Motor has new head gasket. I repainted all the black and silver parts. Rebuilt forks, isolastics, caliper, master cylinder, carbs, ignition, drive chain.

    I've included a before pic. I've shown this before here but figure I'd show it again.

    The old gal runs out real good. I'm surprised at the power and how smooth it is. Starts first kick every time. Can't ask for more than that. Still stock points etc. No electronic ignition on this ole gal.
