Weather looks damn good. Highs in the mid 80's lows in the upper 50's and 10% chance of the wet stuff.

Started raining here about 2pm yesterday. Rained off and all all afternoon and evening. Quit just long enough for me to ride home, then stormed for almost an hour. Looks like we had more rain overnight, the deck's soaked.

Should make tomorrows ride real pleasant.

In the morning. I work till 11 tonight. I've gotta get out and install a new headlamp setup on the XR. Burnt out the headlamp bulb last time out and can't find a replacement in town. Picked up a DHH dual lamp setup at Wide Open Motorsports yesterday for cheap, hope it fits.

What time is departure tomorrow?

It rained hard here at the Mall for about an hour last night. We sure needed it.

Speaking of bikes, Ft Smith Honda has a couple CRF250L's in stock. A buddy was sending me pics, man it's a good lookin bike. I may be putting the DR on the chopping block soon.

I wish I was headin' out there with ya. I sure like that countryside. You taking the DR or the GS?

The GS I guess, I'm wanting to ride out and back so the GS would be hard to beat! I use the living sh*t outta my heated grips on the GS so thats a big plus too. I'd rather be on the DR while I'm there though so I could hit any pass I want. I def need to get out there on a small bike someday.

ya i was checkin those out online yesterday . they are sharp man. but idk if i cud ever depart from my 400 for that. but nice bike for sure
