I think this is the 12th year they are doing this trip. Bikes will be trailered just north of Phoenix to the official start/staging area. There will be a support vehicle providing our deli lunch buffet on day 1 and taking our camping gear for Friday nights camping, as well as transporting our extra bags and such. Day 1 April 30 Phoenix to Grand Canyon. Lunch in Parks, AZ. Hotel Thursday night in Tusayan. Day 2 May 1 - Grand Canyon - Mingus mountains Camping Friday night near Cottonwood. Day 3 May 2 - Mingus to Lake Pleasant. Lunch in Crown King, AZ
If you get a chance, can post up the route you take? Either before or after the trip. I am collecting different routes that run between Phoenix and the Grand Canyon. Mikey
