I've got one, wore it quite a bit during the winter months. It's warm and waterproof, however like jsb said it doesn't have any armor but the insulation is thick. The kids even got a picture of me coming into the house after it was raining sleet outside, I was basically covered in a thin layer of ice. It took me 2 hours to get home on my normal 45-60min commute due to the ice & traffic. I've since bought a Fieldsheer Highland II suit. If you'd like to try mine (red & black size XL), I'd sell it pretty cheap.

I bought one and wore it one time, nice suit, pretty warm, but I was only riding in the low 40's, but I sold it for better gear with armor, it is more like a heavyly insulated rain suit, no hard armor at all.

Tony, thanks for the offer, but I would have to loose quite a bit of weight to get into it, I would probably need at least a XXL. I was thinking of wearing this over my Firstgear summer jacket and Joe Rocket pants so it would probably work fine for this.
