Gordon Jackson (347cc AJS) loses his only mark of the week at the top of Grey Mare's Ridge on his way to recording a remarkable victory in the 1961 Scottish Six Days Trial. This is the only picture of the most famous dab in trial's history.

One of many pics of the most famous bike in trials history...developed by Sammy Miller.

Yorkshire-style flat hat is of course compulsory riding gear! :lol3

I think that roadholders post included some pictures taken at Bangor in Northern Ireland. Here is one I took at the same event last year showing one of the riders lining up the water hazard:evil

No doubt. We were just talking in another thread about organizing a MOAB trip in October for the ADV trials gang, either at Sand Flats or White Wash or Five Miles of Hell.

    We. Should. Do. It. :nod

(Then we could add LOTS of cool photos to this thread of trials bikes out at the far end of Slickrock Trail.)

Any trials riders going to be in Moab over Labor Day weekend? Yeah, I know, it's not the best time to be there because it'll be so busy, but it's when my schedule is allowing me to be there. I really want to do 5moH, but need a partner (preferably on another trials bike).

I've MTBed and dirt biked there, but never had a chance to ride my trials bike there. Would love to add Klondike Bluff to that list.
