    And down, unfortunately. I saw what looked like a bad crash on Highway 13 in Burnsville today, in between Cedar and 35W. I can't find any more info on the local news yet... hopefully no one here.

    It went by fast, on the other side, so I couldn't really tell what happened. But judging by the number of LEO's on scene reconstructing it, and the distance of paint marks they had painted on the road... well things didn't look good for the rider.
