Sounds like a long day -- I'm in!

I might head up Friday night -- that's a real early morning for me considering how late we'll be out. I'm coming from Berkeley...

Maybe when I get back and get back to WORK, I'll be able to get my boat out for some fresh rockfish and lingcod.
Would be happy to have a ADVrider fish fry or fish taco fiesta if we could get some FF's interested and a place to host it at. :dg :beer

Smart move. Cabbages are a lot easier to catch than lingcod.

Sounds great! I missed Mighty Zeus' ride last time. I will not miss Old Penguin's ride! This is a great route, plus I have a place to stay in Vallejo on Friday night so I do not have to ride in from Brentwood. Major bonus.

Hey Zeusy, can I order a glazed buttermilk again?

I count roughly 15 RSVPs for the dual sport ride at this point. I submit the final count to Black Butte Campground so they know how many to prepare lunch for.

They seemed kind of open about what they would make .. and of course charge a flat fee for lunch whence you're there.

Lasagne, burgers, salad or ??? Simple is good.

okay, on a side note, there will definitely be a lunch break but it may just be at the covelo market where they have a deli and folks can pick and choose what they want for the bloody sake of simplicity.

..stay tuned. I am waiting to hear back from Old Penguin about the lunch dealio. I'm still in charge of donuts though ... :trp

    Alright -

Here's the latest on the ol' Adventure Ride. I just got off the phone with Tom and Margie @ Black Butte Campground. They want a head count for lunch so they know how many people to prepare for.

    Menu choices are:
    • Polish Sausage
    • Hamburgers
    • Cheese burgers
    • Mac Salad
    • Potato Salad

      $7/person
Drinks, chips, ice cream and candy are also available for purchase.

They run a small general store East of Covelo, butting up against the National Forest.

If you want in on lunch @ Tom and Margie's place, please let me know by TODAY! Email me @ work: suzanna(at)santarosabmw.com

If I do not hear back from you, I'll assume you are either packing a lunch or picking something up at the Covelo market when y'all stop to fuel up. . . but something tells me Margie makes a mean mac salad. :thumb

    Thanks -
    mZ!

Okay, well i've officially heard back from 7 individuals who have RSVP'd for lunch at Black Butte Campground.

For the sake of giving Tom and Margie a head count and idea of how many will be noshing . . . I'll guestimate roughly between 10-15 riders.

Again - $7 and that includes polish sausage, hamburgers, cheese burgers, and macaroni and potato salads.
