    I just couldn't help myself :D

I'm suffering massive withdrawals from Safari and am struggling to adjust back to normal life.. Its a long way away 10th, 11th and 12th of April 2015 but for those of you who take a long time to prep (like me) or a long time to convince yourself you can do it (like me in 2013) then here's an early heads up.

Start building your Condo weapons !

So whether your just thinking about spectating or competing..........

Be there or be square !

:lol3 ahhhhh yes... I've seen this before :evil oh hell yes, he's got the sickness bad... :nod (born again road racers can be the worst too... it's like they wake up one day, and suddenly realize what they were missing all those years as a tar babie... :D).

It might take a while (and he swore two day's ago he was "over it") but in a week or two the aches will pass... the great memories will take over... and the Sundowner will wander in here... prolly with a comment like; "well ya' know, I was looking at ol' #22 in the shed... and she didn't use a drop of oil in WA... and that suspension set up I had on 'safari was the best I've ever ridden in all my years... you know, I guess if I threw on that spare rear I still have in the shed... and just..."

and so on it goes... :brow:nod then another "cahn"... and another...

'Safari... the best lifelong addiction you'll ever have... outback heroin. :thumb

Yeah I decided it was about time I did a few things I have wanted to do since I was a kid, and now it looks like the Safari is out, I should do this.

Just deciding weather to use the Gasser, the KLX or the 640.

I suppose I'll just see what ones ready as it gets closer (probably the 640 though).

Hey what happened to Tony T's post?

Yeah, but I think the older of the two would give me a better excuse for being so slow. :D
Plus, I don't own the other one, but I know I could use it if I asked nicely......

    :D

I have no other thoughts :lol3 will it stop ??? I think you might be right about the born again road racer bit too...........I wish I'd never gone road racing, ten years wasted chasing tiny , lighter guys. Clearly I was a dirt bike rider all along :D
Even my wife said to me today "think of all the years you wasted road racing" how cruel !

    I'll be ok, I'm sure I will :D

Neil, you will love the series we have, especially the 24hr, its a must do event, you will love it, riding flat out all night in unthinkable conditions, and then the awsome sunrise that appears out of no where just to spur you on for another 6 hours!!!

I will be back for Condo, but on my favourite beast, the XTZ802 - she has unfinished business to prove. The XR will be a faint memory by then, possibly. :lol3:wink: The XR really is twice the race bike the Super Tenere probably ever will be, but love is always blind. My love for the Super Ten runs deeper than any bike I've ever owned. She's one hell of a machine to hang onto at speed. :raabia:knary

I have been on a fruitless search for entry costs into the Condo, but I can't find an old copy of the supp rags, does anyone know the approximate cost to enter so I can sort my year out?

I seem to remember it being around three or four hundred...

That price sounds about right. I tried ago google but it didn't want to work. Ensuring you have the right race licence too.
The other year I went to watch 2013, a poor bloke, Glenn, didn't have a licence sorted and was sidelined.
I'll be out to watch this year
