I want to be sure that I'm fully protected beneath. Who has experience with adding the skid plate to the center stand and do you feel it's worth the bucks? I saw one on Wunderlich's site but have found no other options.

I have one on my 1150GSA and it's taken a few hits, it might also make the centre stand less "snaggable", if you get in it deep. Reasons enough for me to put one on my F8 - cheap, light insurance. ordered from Rick at Kildala. d
