    Hey everybody!
Thanks for the support. I arrived to BUenos Aires today, and I will be leaving to Mar del Plata tomorrow to meet with the rest of the team. Today I got the official starting times, once again, there are plenty of dark / presunrise starts throughout the race...which kinda suck. Another new rule for this year is that we will have speed limits in the laisons, which as of last year we did not.... So it will take longer to get from point A to point B...
I will keep posting info when I can.

On Sunday I did my last training/gear testing session in Bolivia on my Dakar 2011 bike. No navigation, just riding. I wore all the gear that I will be racing with>
Alpinestars Venture Jacket, Alpinestars Venture pant, tech 10 boot, Astars gloves, leatt gpx pro neck brace, leatt hydration system, moose racing tool pak, troy lee designs SE3 helmet, TLD kidney belt, TLD Bodyguard 5955 chest protector, TLD LP 5705 underpant.
Anyways, I have to say the Venture Jacket is very comfortable (I can notice the input from Marc Coma into the development), as is the rest of the gear I tried. The 5955 chest protector and Leatt brace/hydration pak combo is awesome! cant feel it. During most of my motocross racing years, I did not wear a chest protector, so you can imagine that I need something that does not remind me that I am wearing it...I totally recommend them.

Check out my youtube account tomorrow, I will be posting a video from Sunday. youtube account : chavomx1

    Cheers!

Today I met with the crew from Team Honda Europe, and they have everything ready to go, just working on small details like graphics and final nav. equipment setup.
Only problem is until tonight, Quinns bike has not shown to the airport. He has been told it will show up around 2am......Logistics suck this time of the year!

How do I post more than one picture at a time???
    Some pics from today......:1drink

HEy Chavo- good to hear you are making good progress-

To post more than one pic at a time, they need to be hosted online somewhere else and then linked here (you can use the icon just above that looks like a landscape, mountains and sun)
