I didn't know anything about you until I googled you based upon this post. For the lazy: http://www.mitas.eu/index.php?stranka=400&scid=7&jazyk=usenglish
I didn't know anything about them until I saw some talk about the e-09 tire on here. Far as I can tell the only place you can get their tires in the US is from here. http://www.mitasmx.com/shop/ I bought a C-20 a few months ago for my XR as I was looking for a dot knobby. Very good tire, especially for the price, I've actually exchanged several PMs the past couple days with Daniel about which tires were the best for my needs. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions while trying to make sure he didn't suggest anything that wouldn't work for my needs. Although I liked the tire when I bought the first one I emailed them directly and never received a response. I wasn't sure I was going to order another due to the lack of response, but after talking to Daniel I decided to stick with them. I just ordered another tire from Mitas, a C-18 this time, as I had great service from the first one and now have someone who can help me with selecting what I need.

That's a shame! They're very popular for bigger dirt bikes in Australia. Probably half the people I know choose Mitas tyres over anything else. I find them to be long lasting, have good enough grip, and nice and cheap.

the mitasmx.com store doesn't show 150/70-17 in the E09 Dakar. What does that mean you are discontinuing these sizes after 2011?
mexico is a temporary thing. i'm a US citizen. i've wanted to try those E07 ever since i've learned about them. your dirt bike tires are nice and all but this is ADVrider and we want are interested in E-07 & E-09 primarily in the US! Your company is missing a HUGE market in the US in 650 dual-sport sizes, 1200 GS sizes & KTM ADV sizes. The rear 150-17" tubeless size is especially hot. below is the 130-17" size.
here is a worn picture. what i really like is the raised center bar it has and how it helps mileage at the end of it's life. there is a ALOT of interest in the US for 130-17" high-mileage dual sport tires. currently we can get mefo explorers @ $150 and heindenau k60 (which have no had good tire life in the 130-17") for $125. if the EO7 was avail for $100 it would sell very well.
The bigger the choice, the harder it is to choose... The tire with yellow stripe is a E-07 Dakar ( Pre-Series)
I've seen the E09's and was intrigued. May have to pick up a set for the GSA when my TKC-80's are done. Bill knows his stuff, btw. Curious though... I went to the US site and didn't see my size for my bike: 150/70/17 and 110/80/19. Do I order the 140's for the rear and the 110/90/19 for the front or is there another way for me to get my proper sizes?
