Posting this for a friend that lives on 5 acres in Manchaca, TX. (South Austin, TX.)

He's ready for an ADV-MotoGP bike, car, truck, RV camping party Texas Style :huh

Located only 15 miles from COTA and on Austin's south side away from the big city traffic.

Amenities include:

5 gorgeous acres (warning; PIC HEAVY), 3 firepits, outdoor shower (hot and cold), outdoor toilet, "LeanTO" Bar, 2-30 amp hook-ups for RV's (electric only), small dirt track for racing, smoker, grill, horseshoes, you name it.

FYI We have friends rv camping at some new place called rvnightly campground across from the track during MotoGP Austin.

Very Nice Property! My sister lives in Austin. She told me that they are raping people for daily parking, $60/day! $30/day for a bike...at the F1 GP they didn't charge if you rode a bicycle in, that maybe the way to go.. she works for the City of Austin Tourism so I believe what she is saying... Anyways, super excited!

It's 30 dollars for all three days of motorcycle parking.

If you pay in advance. At event time it is $20 a day bike or car per day. So get the parking in advance.

A friend and I are thinking about coming for Sat. afternoon and Sunday at the MotoGP, is there still room for 2 bikes and 2 tents? Also considering bringing my 25 foot Airstream, if we do not ride, is there room for that??

We have a buddy coming in from Steamboat! Willie? Rides a GS and a 450X. I think he only wants $50 a tent for the weekend thru whenever you want to leave. Call him.

Note: this is private property so the burn bans won't effect our nightly bonfires. That's a huge bonus in my book
