Hey... does anyone else ir(ratic)trac show Gonk (who should have started in pos 1) still at the start...?:huh While Helder, Chaleco barreda and co are hauling ass out into the sandpit? Maybe the speedbrain boys mount Joan's tinfoil stealth tracker onto Speedy's bike for today...? Any confirmation that Goncalves HAS started or is he still at the DSS? EDIT: I see that we all asking the same questions (again) today...
Barreda looking determined today... I have him at 152 km/h ... first on track behind Helder? So Helder is physically opening the route. This should be interesting edit: sorry, Lopez should be behind Helder, Joan 3rd
Lot's of big numbers on the time stamps this morning... 145 km/h, 133 km/h and heaps (most) on the plus side of 100... :eek1 At this rate, todays SS will be over faster than an oily thai massage... :huh let's hope for a "happy ending" for all the riders today. Godspeed to all the guuys out there today, race well... I will check in later... ciao!
Funny as it seems... if he did re-enter the DSS... that carries a time penalty (over and above the time he spent riding back to the start)... so keep an eye out on the penalty column this evening.
the only thing that would make sense to me is that someone SpeedBrainFarted and forgot to fill his bike with fuel?
At a guess, it (by rights) should be at the extreme north western end of the course as it's shown on the map (near Zaouia Sidi Abd-en-Nebi) and CP2 at the southern most point of the route... But yesterday showed that the organiser has been a little "creative" in positioning of the CP's...
A speedbrainf5art Brodo...? :huh Is that like when you say to yourself; "I think I just f5arted..." ... and it turns out to be a monster...?!" :eek1
