Berkshire Adventue Ride - 5/20/2012

The event is back and so am I!

I was the original Trailboss for this event back in 2005. I stepped down for the 2010 & 2011 events. Well, I still have incurable cancer but I'm not dead yet. So with help from Russ (Rusty Rocket) and Rich (Mad River Maz) I'm doing it one more time.

is this ride suitable for a 1200GS (TCK80's of course)? I have done the Pine Barren with it....

I'll be there along with two other riders

This ride is laid out with GS1200's as a target bike to be able to do the whole main route. Then alternate route options called hero sections are available along the main route with varying difficulty. It is the riders option to decide if they want to attempt something more challenging. The hero sections are graded as to their diffuculty, 1-5 with 1 being easiest and 5 being Erzberg.

i will try my best to be at this ride, not everyday do u get to meet a person as Vince.....ride is secondary

I think you may have followed us into the Tolland ferry hero section, sorry if so.

Yay!
Had a great time doing this ride the past 2 years.
But most of all, I'm glad to read that Vince is still "To be cont'd..."

For the NYCFF's and everyone else riding (or trailering) in ... should we try to take over part of Prospect Mountain Campgrounds again? It would be great to have a central camping spot again this year.

It seems like the best spot to have the most people in one general area. I'll see if the cabins are available again.

Invite open to a tattooed freak from a Philly burb? I promise no Eagles or Phillies talk!

It's OK to come if you hate the Mets and don't say a word about the Giants.

Kidding aside, have you been to our event before? It's a great ride and we have a lot of fun Saturday night camping out too!
