You may find welding rod tubes in a couple of sizes at many farm stores, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Similar tube with o-ring seal for under $10.

Great idea and if it was made by Touratech or BMW it would cost about $100.

Keep us posted on the mounting.

Nice find... Much easier than trying to cobble up all the PVC bits... I just ordered one before all you fookers make a run on them and clean this place out. $4.99 + $7 to ship to CA.... I'm sure it'll mount right up on the inside of my left Motech rack frame...

Priceless! I ordered the tractor tube two days ago and got a telephone call this morning. There was something wrong with my billing/shipping address.

The country gal from the tractor store couldn't help it and finally asked me:

"Well sir, we've been selling them manual containers like hot bread this week. May I ask what tractor that container is for?"

Me: "Mam, I don't own a tractor, I just need the tube".

Tractor lady: "Why is everybody buying them tractor manual containers if they don't own equipment?"

If finally explained that somebody posted a link on a motorcycle forum, and everybody thought those tubes would come in handy for storing tools. Just hope they don't raise prices now...

Same sitch here... I ordered on Sunday and got three calls and an email from a sweet southern lady, Beatrice, that there was an issue with my card... I fooked up and gave my wrong billing address for the card... They were more than sweet following up with me, and another person even called my cell once the problem was fixed just to check up.... These fookers should really get into the moto bizness!
