    Real snakes will be relaxing on the new floor soon, you might want to get that header raised and door in place.

    I am curious if you'd care to share the entire cost on your build?

    you also seem to have everything well thought out which makes me wonder if you had ever compared the cost to putting up a metal (steel) building ?

    Yo Weave, I just found this thread. I could have brought my crew up there from NC and hooked you up! Looks great though, couldn't do better.

    I built one for myself about 12 years ago similar with some mistake/deal trusses from the truss outfit here. Got a 2'nt floor loft out of it.

    Several things I wish I had done at the beginning but didn't;

    Insulate and sheet all the walls and ceilings. Hate that I left it unfinished...and way too much stuff to move out of the way now!

    Run compressed air and water along the walls/ceilings to tool spots(pex works on both great)

    built a little shed off the back to locate the compressor OUTSIDE! Damn thing is LOUD!

    Heat! I put a water stove outside and ran the h20 through an old r22 air handler & coil I hung off the ceiling. A/C would be nice...
