OK, here's the deal. I ride an 800# pig. A Honda VTX 1800. And leaving Sat for a little bike wander out west. I need to see Idaho (never been there). Will spend at LEAST two days in your state. Believe or not I do gravel here in Wis and the UP and am alright on it.

What are some of the must see roads/places I could/should get my ass to?
So far my hunting buds have said Hy 12 and the 55,17,21 loop down by Boise? Can y'all give me a few more?

Is your state on fire like Montana?

    Thanks in advance......

I just came over Lolo in the rain. Check out elk city. You can get there on gravel and also on pavement. The gravel from lowel on highway 12 is nice I just did it on my street bike.

You want to contact, via PM, "Byways" here on ADV. This fella litererlly wrote the book on the best of Idaho Adventure roads. Do a inmate search for Byways and pm him. He'll be happy to suggest some spectacular routes.
