after a sucky ride in Los Padres, first week in June on my worn out 908's. I picked up a Pirelli MT-43.

tell ya what. I am digging the trial tire.

they say you can go real low in pressure, but I haven't tried that low yet. I'm running between 8-9. while my knobby in front is 12.

Before this, I never tried a trials tire, strictly used knobby's. mostly fitted desert it's for my honda and 606's for my ktm. except for the odd times i tried something different like a 908. saying I wanted to try something different tells you i wasn't 100% satisfied with the knobby's I was using.

if you decide to go with knobby's, don't go with 908's. they suck and get worse fast.

as I said, I am digging the trials tire. Pirelli MT-43

    Seems it'll be an MT43.

For knobs I'll usually run D952s or Desert It.

    MT43 rear/MX71front, that's the best combo I've used yet on the 525.

Pussies can't rear steer with a trials tire because they half commit to the manuver but they do suck down hill in loose stuff if your balls are small and you have to drag your brake.:norton:rofl:rofl

I do suffer from the tiny testes in this regard.

Maybe it'll force a better habit in me.

That's a good story, have another one?
I wouldn't say "doesn't allow", but definitely not as good.

I'll take a nobby in the desert, but an MT43 everywhere else.
