    Years ago I was on an off-ramp in San Diego and came upon a girl struggling to push her VW bug out of the lane. I stopped behind her and started pushing too. She felt the car move and turned around with a surprised look on her face and proceeded to jump in the car and role up the window! Once she was off the road I waved at her and rode off. Not even a wave back or a thanks...
