Google translates can do that for you... Also if you didn't know you can enter a URL into google translate and it will translate entire websites to include tabs and stories you may open. Im using this on the France4 website to read everything in english at the source. Nifty trick... ***YOU have to enter URL in the Google translate site not just the quick translate boxes that popup when you search Google translate. Not Dakar related at all, but funny for this thread. I teach technology classes in an elementary school. I am doing some lesson planning this morning, and for 4th grade, I am working on browser shortcuts/tips. etc. One of the lessons will be the F5 key. I am sure it is getting a workout by Dakar fans around the world for the next two weeks.
