These pictures do no justice to the rocky hill section on the dual sport ride, it never looks as steep in pictures. Thanks everyone for such a great weekend and thanks to Roy for the ride home.

    Great photos!

I had a busy and painful day today... hit the max daily dose of ibuprofen by noon. :doh,

Got our photos uploaded here... will post some on this thread with commentary as soon as I have time. :thumb

    Just one teaser...

Awsome pics! Looking at docs pics, anyone who enjoyed this ride or dreams of rides like this show up at the seacoast trail riders event. Hopefully we'll have a drier day it looked pretty wet out there.

I was shot after basically getting to that rock step thing. I cant imagine how much aleve it would have required to do the whole thing. Glad I didnt have the TKC's on or I may have given it a better shot and would probably have required a ride home due to a broken bike.

That tire on your Ducati looks like it could possibly roost pavement :D

Next year for sure- work made it impossible this year.
Those guys (and gals!) on those BMWs- I just don't see how they do it... I just don't. Amazing.

:rofl:lol3:wink::nod That's what I'm talking about: 73hp, 8psi and a rim lock. You could lay 18" sewer pipe in the trenches I left. I had to apologize to the Rhody Rovers for tearing up their woods. :dunno Behaves decent on the tarmac, even wet, and best of all, they're pretty cheap. I think I'm in love. :rayof:raabia

kudos for the photos. Looks like it was a great adventure.

Best looking biker chick I've even seen in the dirt! You know who you are! :clap :clap

Oldest looking Santa I've ever seen sitting in front of a tent! Really, Nachtflug (sic?), you've got to trim that thing. Your scaring the children!

Or, at least get a Harley. I love when those fellows go by with the white beards flying up by their ears. Very cool.

Doc, those Terraflexs look serious. Let's see if they hold up as well on the back as a Dunlop 908RR.

Great pictures! That Terra Flex looks great. The trails look like they were challenging, especially for the bigger bikes. And that water hole, yikes!

I was just looking at those High Viz Jackets this weekend at a Carhart store. How did they work in those conditions?

Looks like a fun weekend was had by all.

Three of us did not have rain gear with us and picked up those jackets at a tractor supply store Sunday morning. They worked ok at keeping rain off (I wasn't sure if I was soaked from the rain or sweat!) but what was truly amazing was how well you could spot the rider ahead of or behind you even when there were other riders in between.

    Barry -- the Teraflex rear is $64 + $19 shipping = $83. What's the best price you've seen for the D908RR's? The best I could find is $101 + $15 shipping = $116.

Nadim (DiscoDino) bought 6 TF's to cut down on the shipping / price. I have one reserved which I'll use when this one wears out, but from what I've seen, that may be awhile. If you want to try it, you can claim mine from him. If not, I'll pay him and throw it in storage 'till I need it.

I can still maintain that price from now on I think...mine has ~1,000m on it and still has more than 60% of the tread
