About the same for me. I saw one nice 6pt, but he will be a big deer if he survives until next year.

I will miss the meeting this week but probably going to ride Friday Midday if anyone can join.

Deal of the century Woodsatyr! I will let you know if I can "help out" on Veteran's Day :evil

Anyway, I wanted to chime in that this weekend (7-8 November) I will be working in New Smyrna Beach, FL for the Victory motorcycle demo rides at Volusia Motorsports on State road 44 (aka best KTM shop around).

Please find me (Chris) if you stop by to ride and I'll make sure we take the long way home ...

Hopefully, I can upgrade to an Enduro and get out in the forest before 2014 is over. Unfortunately my Orange fever favors slick tires instead of knobbies ... http://www.volusia-motorsports.com/inventory/v1/2014/KTM/By-Body-Type/Motorcycle/Sport/RC-390/Base--New-Smyrna-Beach-Florida---1548781

Most of the Mandarin area CADS guys will likely not go. "Several miles" may be too far to travel from their houses so late at night! Saucy Taco is already pushing the limit. Not saying that they are girly men, but just saying... :lol3

Osceola is the best place anywhere around here to ride, WHEN DRY.

It has been very wet for at least a year and a half. You can find places to ride, but you will also find lots of water. When wet we go south to Ocala National Forest.

We just had some guys go to Osceola last week and nothing has changed, lot of water!:dog

The main reason I suggested Wednesday night was because I figured everyone had already planned time off that night, I was simply waiting on a yay/nay from the core CADS tribe which looks like it fell on deaf ears ...

Count me in for Wednesday night too, early birds please block off some motorcycle parking :evil

I'm going to the meeting Wed as usual where 'everyone' can decide if/when we want to view the movie as a group thing. There are other future activities to discuss as well.

If you happen to find yourself in a helicopter on the way to the hospital, buckle up cause the bill is about $30,000. Your insurance will cover only about $3,900 of that bill.

I posted up in the Turkey Trot thread, but wanted to pass on the word to those that may not have seen it.

You can avoid the Life Flight bills by joining them as a member. Membership cost $65 a year for those in your household. Seems pretty reasonable (after the fact :lol3)

    check out www.joinmedtrans.com

They cover most of the Southeast. Also if you have an Air Service Insurance Policy, most of those cover after you are admitted to the hospital. To fly you home if injured on a trip, not the life flight to the hospital.

    Cheers,
