I Googled "Imperial Memorial Gardens Pueblo" and the tower doesn't show up on Google images.

44 and raining here now, snow is supposed to be on the way.

I couldn't find any images either, I figured the Singing Towers clue would get anybody to the right spot. You can kind of see it on Google Earth.

Unfortunately I will likely be flying over it tomorrow, not riding to grab it as I head out for a week of fun and frivolity at my company's national meeting.
