Nice run up to Nebo down the goat track. Look at the display of bikes in Samford and then off to dayboro tracks to Kilkoy.

Ian led us through some great tracks accross to Lindville

From Lindville we did a great track up through paddocks to the top of the blackbutt range

We headed backdown the range road and via tracks around blackbut till we found a tree.

We found our way round along another great bush 2 track and stop at toogoolawah for fuel.

The last push was to try and break back into mt mee by the back way. We end up 50 m from the top lantana and heat got the better of us and we cut and ran over glorious. We finished beat but what an epic loop.

Thanks for posting the pictures, looks like you had a great ride. I hope to be joining in on a ride in the following weeks where I can break in my new 2013 KLR650.

No problem. Just an idea at this stage. Any preference on day for you?

I think I have worked out a way to get to belthorpe via glasshouse mountains. Bit of tar in the middle (Commissioners flat to Stanmore) though, which I am not sure if its possible to avoid.

You plan your ride, I will make either day work. If a two day ride I will make it for one day.

Fuck fuck fuck fuck FUCK. I just realised tonight after being reminded, that the weekend I had planned to ride is our yacht clubs centenary regatta (100 ears old!!). Its spans the whole weekend, and being the immediate past commodore and an elected committee member of the club I am expected to be there. I am going to try and weasel out of the Saturday and still ride, but I wont know until next week if thats possible. Fucken spewin'. My intention was to step down from Yacht club stuff and do more riding...still working on that...

only just seen your thread,and yes its too far for me this wkend i cant do all day and just feel like a easy ride close by,i might just do glasshouse again on the 690
