Is the 36L TOP LOADING system going to be available for the KTM 990 anytime soon?

Hi Steve,

All of our 36L top loading systems utilize the Hepco Becker racks because these racks sit lower on the case and thus avoid the large fins on the back of the 36L Top Loader. The tool kit case will not fit the Top Loader luggage systems. Our inner bags are made for side loading luggage and will also fit the Top Loaders, but there are other inner bags available on the market that are probably more suitable for top loading luggage, such as the ones that offer 2 or 3 deep vertical pockets (Helen Two Wheels).

Thank you.

Yes, we can do the KTM 950/990 with top loading cases. Have to update the web site with this info, in the meantime you can call or email for price and lead time. Thank you.

I've been looking through this thread and your web site for top loading cases for my Buell Uly XT with stock Hepco-Becker racks, but have seen only the larger Pelicans. What I want to install are the 1430 cases. Any reason these won't work?

The back side of the 1430 are too small for the racks and our latch system.

Top loaders for 06 ulysses-

Hi Roger- I have the side loaders Pelicans that I bought from you on the Uly- they are great . Can I mount the top loaders on the same Caribou mounts that I already have? I bought the full set-up just under 2 years ago.

Hi Ishai,

Our top loaders require the use of Hepco Becker side luggage racks, so you'll have to buy new racks because the Caribou racks you have will not work with the top loading cases.

Do the 36L and 40L sideloader systems for the 1150GS fit the 1150GS Adventure? I searched this thread for "1150 adventure" and the last answer to the question I can find is:

http://www.advrider.com/forums/showp...postcount=1173

Which, to me, is inconclusive and a year old. Since the subframe is different, I have to ask. Thanks.

Yes, the 35L, 36L and 40L side luggage systems fit the 1150GS Adventure model. You need the stock right passenger foot peg mount (sometimes these were replaced with a different one that supports the BMW aluminum luggage). Note that we do not make a top case for the 1150GS Adventure.

I have them on my 07 DL650 and they're great - very durable too - mine survived an impact with an oncoming cement truck in my lane on a blind corner with a minor scrape. I use a variety of mesh and clear vinyl bags to load my stuff - the retention straps work well.

Here are a couple of pictures:

The mark at the bottom front corner is where my pannier contacted the cement truck - if I'd been using aluminum panniers, it would've crumpled.

Thank you. Your stuff is on my list. I assume my footpeg is okay since my Adv is currently fitted w/ System Cases, not ally luggage (bought it that way).
