What's the problem with lower/leading-edge tab? Nearly all hard bag designs do the same thing - it lets the top mounts bear the weight, while the tab stabilizes the bag side to side.

I have been waiting for a system like this, please put me on the list for a set for the 1150GS when they become available. I've been running trashed system cases for the last three years, now I know why.

Mmmm.......any chance of a luggage setup for the HP2? I either need to buy a setup OR try and engineer my own somehow.

The first 10 sets of BMW R1150GS/R1100GS/Adventure Caribou luggage systems are ready for shipment this week. 3 sets are already spoken for, so send me a PM or email if you want a set. $770 + $35 shipping in US.
I've sent emails to those who have written recently. After these 10 are gone I'll have 50 more in February. Production a bit slow currently since I'm putting the processes and quality checks in place. Production rate will improve soon. 1200GS and F650GS prototypes done and going into production shortly, working on KLR design now too. Got the Caribou logo decal done...

Oz?
Excellent system! Have you considered a distributor down-under? (too early no doubt). Or, how much would shipping cost to this peaceful island? HyperPete screwed with this post 01-01-2006 at 10:49 AM Reason: Schreibfehler |
