Yes they are,I think they would be better if the seat was flatter.
I seem to slide forward too much, especially when engaging in hooligan like activities.

OK, where I live - there are none for sale (used), and no place to ride em. I never see them out, ever. Although I saw a Silverwing yesterday. The only place you could ride them is around the neighborhood. Don't really know the purpose of this post

I'm 6'3"+. Zuma be reeeeellly small kemosabe.

My hands were on the handlebars AND down near my knees at the same time while seated on a Zuma. And they aren't when I am standing up neither.
