I went through there the summer before, dusty and watch out for the logging trucks and locals in their pick ups. I picked up a 3 inch wood screw in my rear tire that came throught the side wall just north of Parry Sound.
It is very scenic and you are by your self exept for the above.
I would recommend it going one way.
Soo to Wava is a nice fast ride that is worth taking as well.

I might be interested in this ride, depending how the schedule looks when we get a bit closer to the date.

Lots of good riding in your area, as well. I could meet them around there,
and do some "new to me" roads.

You up for this? I'm "in" if anyone else is interested. Mid-June would take advantage of the year's longest hours of daylight. Could be a fun weekend.
I like Viking would love to make this run. My schedule this summer is going to be pretty wonky with kids and several home renovation projects on the horizon, if I get them done next summer is move to the country time. But I'd like to add my name to the list for now. I owe ZZR_Ron a few beers.

P.S. Hey we just hit 100 pages in Ontario Riders. Cheers all.

When hell freezes over I'll ski there too, did you put in the order for the 990 yet? I need someone to ride with since I saw Lornce's description of the bear and the big cat.

Viking,

Yourta be encouraging him to buy a 640, not a 990.

When it comes to bears and big cats it's important to look for riding partners... with bikes slower than your own.

Looking closely at this bear scatt I don't think the colour's from blue berries. I think it might be from BMW roundels. Whatever, it's deffinately NOT orange.

The afore mentioned "scat" looks familiar to me. Ah yes, the first time I had haggis...without the sheep stomach wrapper. Thankfully, there was a copius amount of scotch available.

Bluhduh

I was hoping to get out for a ride today, it's up to -10,
but it's snowing, and the streets are slippery as hell.

(sigh)
