A favorite- Finney-Cumberland
This ride can be done by any with even a modest off-road machine. It's been done on XT225s up to big GSes. There's a gas station/grocery at the southern terminus, so peanut tank'd disadvantaged can make it thru pretty easily. There are a LOT of side roads and spurs along the way, so you'd either need to follow the track closely, or determine that you're able/willing to explore. The track shown it what I call the "main thru-fare"
