Quite possibly another GS final drive failure victim showing his solution?

Hope it turns out to be a great bike and give the GS some competition - it's the best thing that could happen for future GS owners.

You obviously aren't familiar with Moto Guzzi.

Not Sure why,..... but it reminds of the New Tiger 1050? Looks too sporty to be any competition to a true Dual Sport machine... Looks nice though.
Have to agree though......... Should be moved out of GSpot before someone takes the bait

More Competition The Better

I hope Guzzi does well with the bike. Frankly the more competition the better for consumers. For example, if it had not been for KTM's sucess with the 950, I doubt BMW would have spent the money to make the 1200 anything near as good a bike as it is.
(Yes my final drive failed already) Dave

Leif is on a mission. He posted this same blurb to bmw-gs mailing list, after a long troll on FD failures...

He was unable to convince them that HD;s are more reliable, despite trying very hard.

Nice bike - Who cares what the motivation is to post? Me, I can see the relationship between Moto Guzzi and BMW's Boxer.

Thanks for posting but I might get one as an addition to the GS rather than a replacement!

...looks like the R1200GS' prodigal son!
